Welcome to The Customer Factory Small Business Marketing Forum.

All business owners (current or prospective) are welcome to become members of this community at no charge.

I would prefer that everyone register with The Customer Factory community site at: http://TheCustomerFactory.com/register-2/ but that is not a requirement. Participation is preferred to registration!

Here’s the way this forum will work initially: you ask questions and I will answer them to the best of my ability.

If I don’t know the answer I will say so and look for an expert to answer the question for all of us. As the community grows my hope is that everyone will provide their answers and input as well.

Before asking your question, you may want to run a search on your topic here first. The search box is in the upper right-hand portion of this page: http://forum.thecustomerfactory.com/forums/

While it would be helpful to everyone if you were to add a couple of tags to your post, it is not mandatory.

When responding to another member’s post please be thoughtful, constructive and to the point and ask yourself these three simple questions: Is what I’m about to say correct, necessary and nice? If the answer to any of those three questions is no, please reconsider.

Other than that, there are basically no “rules” in this forum. Feel free to post any question, idea, suggestion or opinion in any forum area you’d like.

I am opposed to censorship but will delete posts which I feel are obscene or offensive. Please be civil and constructive.

While I would prefer that posts on specific topics be made in the forum that they are most closely related to, I don’t want you to worry about figuring out which forum to post to. Participation is preferred to categorization!

If your fellow forum dwellers suggest your post would have been better served in a different forum area, you might want to listen to them. You will get better, faster answers that way.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Email me at admin@thecustomerfactory.com with any questions or suggestions.

It is great and I really wanted to try this idea, after all I have a small business that absolutely needs this idea.
